On Sunday night, Bruich, along with Shelton Diggs and Daily Bulletin/San Bernardino Sun columnist Louis Brewster, were the inaugural inductees in the newly created Inland Valley Hall of Fame, introduced during halftime of the second annual Inland Valley Classic All-Star Football game at Miller High School.

The game was the second half of a doubleheader of all-star games featuring players representing schools from eastern Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The first game was the first 215 Football All-Star Classic, which featured players from small schools in Riverside and San Bernardino counties squaring off. The second game featured East and West squads representing the Inland Valley.
