Riverside, Calif — In the world today, fitness is an integral part in many people’s lives. Many spend hours and days in gyms to make sure they are getting their bodies right and fit heading into the new year.
One of the best solutions to accomplish a person’s goals and be dedicated is to get a physical trainer to be set up for the right path and who better to call then Preston Lynch. His brand Zone Fitness 25/8 is one of the top programs in the Inland Empire in helping people and athletes get fit and focus on their bodies. Lynch has been apart of the health and fitness industry for nearly 25 years and has grown passionate about it during his time playing college football and afterwards.
“Regardless of the weather or the season it has been something I’ve always been doing; as well as helping people in the mist of all that,” Lynch said. “You know it just donned me that this was a passion of mine and regardless if I had a nine to five, I would still be doing health and fitness a passion of mine.”
It is important to find the right fit when it comes to finding a trainer that you can trust and build a great relationship with as well as someone that is close to a primary example of fitness life and mold and Lynch prides himself on just that by leading by example. He knows that at times not everyone is determined and willing as him to put that work into getting their bodies right. He understands not everyone also knows where to begin or how to change simple things in their diet, but he preaches what he teaches and will build a comforting and supportive system to get someone exactly where they want to be.
Heading into 2019, he reaches for new challenges and obstacles to continue where he personally wants to be as well. Everyday is a new challenge for him whether it is in terms of a workout, nutrition plan, or pushing one of his clients to the next step. This is a lifestyle that has built him pound for pound to become who he is and how to go about things with hard-work, consistency, and dedication.
“The goal for me in 2019 is to make sure I maintain and stay in the game,” says Lynch. “As long as I’m keeping myself out there, I get motivated by the people and continue to give out positive content about health then that’s good to me.”
